Menu & price accuracy

We try hard to keep the online menu current, but the board above the bar is the final word.

• Prices, items, and availability can change without notice — especially seasonal items and pastries, which sell out.
• Prices shown online exclude Texas sales tax.
• If we post a price in error, we will charge the correct price shown in the shop.
• Allergen and dietary information is provided in good faith. Our kitchen handles major allergens, so we cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. Always tell a barista about allergies before you order.

Wholesale pricing on this site is indicative; your signed order confirmation governs.

Intellectual property

The Retro Coffee Co. name, logo, the rotating seal, the “Side A” and “Night Shift” names, and all text, photos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission.

• You may not use our name or logo to suggest an endorsement or partnership without written permission.
• Guest photos on the gallery belong to the photographers credited and are shared with their permission.
• For press, licensing or permission requests, use the contact form and choose “Press”.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law:

• We make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

Links to other sites (maps, social media, transit) are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
